Though we offer 5 basic plans, we tailor our services to your individual needs—much like fine-tuning a concert grand piano to the ear of the pianist.

1. Inquire Before You Hire

Inquire Before You Hire provides you a temporary employee whom we have interviewed, screened, and tested. You utilize the employee, observing his work ethic and skills over a period of time to determine if you want him as a permanent employee. After he works his designated time period with Coastal Staffing LLC, you hire him as a permanent employee. You pay no fee whatsoever.

2. Direct Hire

You’ve been inundated with resumes that stack to the ceiling. Let us locate the person you need and send them your way for the interview. You discover you have the right person for the job and want her on your payroll immediately—before someone else steals her. Direct Hire allows you to hire her outright. You pay a conservative Direct Hire fee.

3. Planned Staffing

If you placed an ad, set appointments, interviewed people in order to get someone to help you “catch up”, you’d have more “catch-up” work than you started with—thus defeating your purpose. This option allows our employees to work for you—whether you need them a four-hour minimum, or indefinitely.

4. Payroll Services

Payroll Services means you have made initial contact with a potential employee and need our services in one of two ways:

You have interviewed and hired a person you believe has the qualities and skills you need long-term, but prefer to use him through Coastal Staffing, LLC before making him a permanent employee.

You have interviewed someone, but not hired them because you have neither the time nor energy to conduct a background check, a criminal record’s check or a drug screening. The paper work involved in W2 forms and withholdings drive you crazy. You want someone to take the load off your shoulders and provide you a qualified, dependable person to work in accounts payable.

Coastal Staffing, LLC steps in! You get your accounts payable person AND time to evaluate whether she is an asset to your company as a permanent employee.

5. Emergency Staffing

Emergency Staffing is for those extraordinary times when your employee(s) is out due to illness, bereavement or some unexpected reason. Emergency Staffing is also helpful for special projects—deliveries, end of month billing, and “rush” jobs.
