Administrative Professional

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering telephone calls and emails from clients and directing them to relevant staff
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances, and electronics as required
  • Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances and electronics are in good working order
  • Pick up and process mail, including sending bills to California office for payment
  • Receipt and deposit of client payments
  • Assemble client copies of tax returns, including electronic filing authorization forms, engagement letter, estimate, and payment vouchers
  • Electronically file tax returns
  • Client invoicing
  • Maintain an event calendar and create daily task list(s)
  • Data Entry
  • First point of contact and assistant to the company’s executive

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 2 years minimum Administrative Assistant Experience Strong data entry and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

LOCATION: Elizabeth City

PAY: $15/hour
