We are looking for Production Associates to join our team for late morning and afternoon/evening shifts. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in processing poultry products while adhering to the highest quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
• Work at various stations along the production line processing poultry food products.
• Operate machinery and equipment following safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Inspect poultry products for quality and consistency.
• Package and label finished products accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety standards.
Requirements and skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Experience in protein processing or manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to wet and moist floors, including metal and plastic grating surfaces.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures between 28°F and 100°F.
Location: Lewiston Woodville, North Carolina
Schedule: 10:00 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. or 1 p.m./1:30 p.m.- 10:00 p.m./9:30 p.m.
Pay: $17 an hour
