We are looking for an Electrical Assembly Technician to complete a variety of duties. Essential functions include assembling small and medium parts into completed large assemblies.
Responsibilities
• Wire completed assemblies and systems to machines for testing.
• Follow established procedures.
• Operate hand tools for drilling, punching, and cutting.
• Layout components and enclosures per drawings.
• Compile proper paperwork, drawings, and checklists to include and ship with each project.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions.
Requirements and skills
• Basic reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Must have some experience in welding and assembly to be proficient.
• Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Location: Elizabeth City, Currituck, Hertford
Schedule: F/T, Temp, D/H
Pay: $17 to $19/hour
