Front Desk Customer Service

We are looking for qualified front desk/customer service employees to work in a friendly fast paced environment. Weekly bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers with a positive attitude.
• Answer inbound calls and assist customers.
• Maintain accurate customer information.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Resolve customer inquiries consistent with company goals and standards.
• Maintain work orders.
• Consistently be organized and other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Skills:
• Must maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Experience with Microsoft Products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Must be able to lift, bend, twist, reach, and stoop.
• Valid Drivers License.
• High School Diploma/GED (Previous work experience considered/preference).
• Resume.
• Must report to work on time daily and consistently, no cell phones are allowed during work hours.

Location: Kill Devil Hills
Schedule: Part/time-Full/time – Monday-Saturday – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay: $15-$18 hourly based on experience
