Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Lawn Care Technician to join our seasonal team at a growing lawn care and landscaping company in Aulander, NC. This hands-on role involves maintaining residential and commercial properties using professional landscaping equipment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, punctual, and able to positively interact with clients when needed. Due to variable weather and project schedules, weekly hours may fluctuate.

Key Responsibilities:
• Arrive on time and prepared for early morning starts.
• Safely operate equipment such as weed eaters, trimmers, edgers, lawnmowers, aerators, and spreaders.
• Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and clean-up.
• Engage politely and professionally with clients when present on-site.
• Follow all company safety protocols and directions from supervisors.

Requirements and Skills:
• Previous experience using lawn care or landscaping equipment.
• Strong measuring skills and attention to detail.
• High level of personal responsibility and work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without restriction.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the office each workday.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction.
• GED or high school diploma preferred.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
