We are seeking a customer service representative for one of our long-time clients. This is a fulltime position.

We are looking for a receptionist for a client in Rich Square! This is a temp to hire position.

• Answer telephone, transfer calls, or take messages.
• Greet people who enter and refer to the appropriate staff.
• Receive packages delivered and distribute to appropriate staff.
• Apply postage to outgoing mail.
• Assist in preparing board meeting packets.
• Assist Administration Staff with copying, filing, and preparing reports.
• Maintain proper confidentiality with respect to work.

Requirements and skills
• High School Diploma and experience in office work or some degree in business/computers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Pleasant demeanor to greet clients.
• Professional work environment- Business Casual.
