New Employee Portal

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Employee Portal designed for our current and former employees to receive paystub and W2 information.

If you were employed by Coastal Staffing in 2024, you will be receiving an automated email within the next week from [email protected]. This email will include the portal link, as well as your personal login and password information for the Coastal Staffing Employee Portal. It is an unmonitored, unsupported email so please do not reply to it. Please keep an eye out for it!

 

It will look like the following:

Once you receive the above email, you can then login into the Employee Portal. All of your paystubs to date will be available to you and any W2’s before 2024. The 2024 W2s will be available on or before January 31, 2025. You will receive an email when they are available.

Please take a moment to login and familiarize yourself with the portal as soon as you receive the email.

The Coastal Staffing Employee Portal is where you will be able to access online copies of your paystubs and W2s. This is the only way that you will be able to view, print, and save this information so it is necessary to access it in a timely fashion.
