Electrician

🕒 Schedule: Full-Time
💲 Pay: $30 – $35 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems, control systems, and process instrumentation throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise and may provide guidance to junior-level technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical work related to industrial power distribution and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control systems.

• Install and terminate conduit and conductors, including fine-gauge multi-conductor cable (down to 28 AWG).

• Install, terminate, and test network cables and control system components.

• Wire from technical drawings, schematics, and manufacturer documentation.

• Conduct root-cause diagnostics on live systems to resolve issues across electrical, mechanical, control, pneumatic, and computer systems.

• Perform basic PLC code reviews to support troubleshooting tasks.

Requirements & Skills

• Associate’s degree in electronic technology or at least 5 years of manufacturing experience.

• Forklift certification required.

• Proficient in using diagnostic and precision tools.

• Strong math skills to support basic calculations.

• Comfortable working in confined spaces, high elevations, and on ladders or man lifts.

• Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Internet Explorer.
